2. free support and consultation

During this process, it should not be forgotten that your support and consultancy requests are made in order. Unless there is a very urgent situation, you will be put in the queue and your requests will be made by our team when it is your turn. Please note that our 6-month support service is a completely free service.
3. Return terms
It is not possible to return the games and services you have purchased through mobilecanyon.com. Processing starts right after your order and proceeds step-by-step, completely tailored to you. Before ordering, please note that the content is a copyable product and therefore no refund is possible.

4. Development
After your order, our team prepares your game and uploads the services you receive to your Google play console account after integrating them into your game. In this process, your game is fully prepared. Also, please note that if you request an enhancement or addition to your game during this period, this will affect the delivery time.
For our customers who have purchased 2 games, the delivery time is 2 days for the first game and 2 days for the other game. Your game is prepared and delivered in 4 days in total. In the purchase of 2 games, it is not possible to load your games within 2 days, they are loaded sequentially. When we apply this procedure to all our customers, we are able to make transactions of our valued customers faster and without delay.
5. advertisement
As mobilecanyon.com, we only provide services and developments on mobile games. Advertising, promoting and downloading games is a process that our customers should do! It is impossible to predict your income at this stage, as the platforms and budgets you will choose to advertise your games will be entirely your decision. Therefore, you can easily calculate your estimated earnings from the "Earnings Calculation" menu on our site.
Apart from this, you can easily advertise on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, youtube, special websites, special pages, google, with the budget you will allocate for the advertisement of your game, and you can make your game download more by making special lottery agreements for the masses that can agree with special instagram pages.
Information: Unless you advertise, promote, etc. to your game, it is very difficult for your game to get downloads on Google play. As your game gets downloads, it starts to appear at the top of the lists on google play, and even if you reduce your ads, your game will continue to receive downloads by itself due to the rise in the list.
6. company creation
You do not need to set up a company to publish games or earn money on google play. You can track your earnings through your Admob account, your earnings are regularly deposited by Google every month into your Bank account, which you will enter into your Admob account. If you wish, you can receive your earnings in Dollars, Euros, other than TL, via Admob.
After your monthly earnings exceed the 5000 TL threshold, we recommend our customers to expand their business by establishing a small sole proprietorship. After this stage, our customer can create his own team and promote his game to the whole world by following a more corporate way.
